Going on hiatus
Because I have a massive, massive exam coming up, and spend faar too much of my time on here, deciding to shut down all social networking for the next couple of weeks.

I've got to stop watching Imagine Me & You
Its the sweetest, most romantic movie I own (other than the Notebook) and its giving me ideas.
And sad memories.

Magnet for disaster
Well, that went well.
The whole thing was doomed from the start. They couldn’t get the machine to work for the first half hour. As much as I am an expert at being utterly and completely still, it gets a little boring listening to your thoughts go round in circles.
(I remember at the NIH in Maryland, there was this awesome dude in charge of the MRI machine in the basement, who never failed...

A bad case of wrong side of the bed
Missed training this morning, in order to take youngest sibling to school. Nearly tore him a new one because he was being an arrogant jerk and acting like the world revolved entirely around him - before I realized everyone thinks the world revolves around them at 17. I’m still guilty of doing it now.
Decided I’d go for a quick run anyway, thinking I’d get about 5k done. First...

Dude. I could totally make dubstep out of the noises an MRI machine makes. It’s perfect.
